  • A water bottle
  • Swimwear or shorts for the magnesium pools and cold plunge
Shower facilities are available on-site.

How early should I arrive for my first session?

Is there parking available?

Can I use multiple therapies in one visit?

What is a Foundation Membership?

+
Foundation Memberships are an exclusive offer for our earliest members — available at a reduced rate before we open to the general public. Foundation members lock in their weekly rate permanently, receive an exclusive welcome pack, and get priority access as we expand. View all membership options.

What are the membership options and prices?

+
We offer three Foundation Memberships:
  • Recovery / Bathhouse Only — $40/week — Unlimited access to all recovery therapies
  • Pilates Studio Only — $35/week — Unlimited on-demand reformer and mat pilates
  • Combined (Recovery + Pilates) — $55/week — Full access to both studios
All include a 3-month minimum term and a Foundation welcome pack.

Is there a lock-in period?

+
Foundation Memberships include a 3-month minimum term. After your initial term, your membership continues week-to-week with no lock-in. You can pause or cancel with notice after the minimum term.

Are any sessions limited within a membership?

+
Most amenities are unlimited — including infrared saunas, cold plunge, magnesium pools, compression suits, infrared LED masks and the lymphatic roller. Microbaric sauna chamber sessions are limited to 2 per week across all membership types. This ensures availability for all members and aligns with the recommended frequency for mHBOT sessions.

Can I upgrade my membership later?

+
Yes — Foundation members will have the option to upgrade to the Combined membership at any time. Your Foundation pricing is protected and will carry through to any upgrade.

How is my membership billed?

+
Memberships are billed weekly via direct debit through our GymMaster member portal. You'll receive a login to manage your account, view upcoming charges and update payment details at any time.

Can I put my membership on hold?

+
Yes — after your 3-month minimum term you can request a membership hold for holidays, illness or other commitments. Contact us at info@revivexwellness.com to arrange this.

When do I receive my Foundation Welcome Pack?

+
Welcome packs are presented to Foundation members upon studio opening or at your first visit — whichever comes first. Packs are not posted and must be collected in-studio.

How long should I spend in the infrared sauna?

+
For beginners, we recommend starting with 15–20 minutes at a moderate temperature and building up to 30–45 minutes over time. Always hydrate before and after your session. Listen to your body — if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, step out and cool down.

Do I need experience to use the cold plunge?

+
No experience needed. We have 8 plunge pools at varying temperatures so you can start with a warmer option and gradually progress to colder pools as your tolerance builds. We recommend starting with 1–2 minutes and working up over multiple sessions. Slow, controlled breathing is the key.

Is there anything I shouldn't do before a session?

+
Avoid eating a heavy meal within 1–2 hours before recovery sessions. Stay well hydrated. If you have any underlying medical conditions — particularly cardiovascular, respiratory, or skin conditions — consult your doctor before using therapies such as the infrared sauna, hyperbaric chambers or cold plunge.

Are any therapies not suitable for certain people?

+
Some therapies are not recommended during pregnancy or for people with certain medical conditions. Specifically:
  • Infrared Sauna — Not recommended during pregnancy or for people with uncontrolled hypertension
  • Cold Plunge — Not recommended for people with Raynaud's disease or uncontrolled heart conditions
  • Microbaric Sauna Chambers — Not suitable for those with active respiratory illness, unmanaged high blood pressure, pacemakers, untreated asthma, or a history of collapsed lung or recent sinus/eye surgery
If in doubt, please consult your GP before your first session.

What is a microbaric sauna chamber?

+
A microbaric sauna chamber (also known as a mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy or mHBOT pod) combines pressurised air at 1.3–1.5 ATA with concentrated oxygen. This super-saturates your blood plasma with O₂, promoting faster muscle recovery, reduced inflammation and enhanced mental clarity. Unlike clinical-grade hyperbaric chambers, microbaric pods are comfortable, accessible and deeply relaxing.

What does a microbaric chamber session feel like?

+
Sessions are deeply relaxing. As the chamber pressurises, you may feel a slight "pop" in your ears — similar to what you'd feel on an aeroplane. Once at pressure, most people read, listen to music or fall asleep. Sessions generally last 60 to 90 minutes and leave most people feeling calm, clear-headed and restored.

What's the difference between a microbaric chamber and a traditional sauna?

+
They work through completely different mechanisms. A microbaric chamber uses increased air pressure and high-concentration oxygen to flood the blood plasma with O₂ — targeting cellular repair and recovery. A traditional or infrared sauna uses heat to induce sweating, dilate blood vessels (vasodilation) and elevate heart rate. Both are powerful on their own; combining them as part of a recovery session at Revive X amplifies the benefits of each.

Do I need experience to do reformer pilates?

+
Not at all. Our on-demand pilates library includes classes for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes are clearly labelled by level and duration so you can always find something appropriate for where you're at.

How often should I come to see results?

+
Most members notice improvements in sleep, energy and recovery within the first 2–3 weeks of regular use. For physical results from pilates, research shows meaningful change within 6–8 weeks of consistent training. We recommend 3–5 visits per week across any combination of therapies for optimal results.

Do I need to book in advance?

+
Members with 24/7 access can visit any time without booking for recovery therapies. Pilates sessions and any scheduled classes require a booking through our GymMaster portal. Casual visitors must book in advance.

How do I book a session?

+
You can book directly through our Book Now page, which connects to our GymMaster booking system. Members can also book through the GymMaster member app.

What is your cancellation policy?

+
We ask for 12 hours notice for any booking cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. You can cancel or reschedule directly through your GymMaster member portal.

Can I bring a guest?

+
Yes — members can bring guests who pay a casual session rate. Contact us to arrange guest visits or enquire about our referral program for members who bring friends that sign up.
